Final service, installation, equipment, and ongoing support are provided directly by the Provider under that Provider's own terms of service and policies, which will also apply to you.
4. Pricing & Offers
Pricing shown on the Site (including any "starting at" figures) reflects the lowest available plan and is provided for general informational purposes. Actual pricing depends on the plan, connection type, speed tier, and Provider available at your specific address.
Taxes, fees, and surcharges are additional and not included in advertised pricing. Speeds, availability, and offers are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until confirmed for your address.
5. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a service agreement at the address you provide to use our services. Any information you submit to us — including your name, address, phone number, and email — must be accurate and belong to you.
6. Calls, Texts & Consent
By submitting your phone number to us, whether online or by phone, you consent to receive calls and text messages from The Bundle Builders USA, including by automatic telephone dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial voice messages, about internet plans and offers. Consent to receive these communications is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of marketing calls or texts at any time by telling a representative during a call, replying "STOP" to a text message, or contacting us using the details in Section 16.
7. Third-Party Providers
When you enroll in a plan, you are entering into a separate service agreement directly with the Provider. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the Provider's network performance, installation timelines, billing, customer service, or compliance with its own terms. Any disputes about the internet service itself should be directed to the Provider.

You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or someone else's personal information when using the Site or speaking with us;
- Use the Site to interfere with or disrupt its operation or security;
- Attempt to access data or accounts not belonging to you;
